It is a two storey building with a capacity for 11 persons + extra. The ground floor of 170 m2, distributed in living room, kitchen, pantry, dining room, games room and bathroom. The top with an area of 130 m2 floor contains five bedrooms with wooden ceilings and two bathrooms with shower and bath respectively.
